Manager, Recruitment

Job Description

Strategize, plan and manage MISC Berhad’s recruitment activities to ensure the effective employment of adequate, competent and qualified personnel (right person, right competencies, right mind set, at the right price and time) to meet the business and operational needs.
Provide recommendations on recruitment process, policies & procedures for MISC.
Facilitate and lead recruitment plan & initiatives. Provide recommendations on new recruits’ salary remuneration package.
Strategize, plan and manage MISC Berhad’s medium and long term people recruitment plan in line with BU/SU business strategies.
Strategize, plan and manage sourcing strategies in support of the recruitment plans
Review salary remuneration package to be offered to potential talents based on their competencies and experience to attract them into MISC workforce, benchmark against industry remuneration best offering and MISC’s salary range.
Strategize and plan recruitment budget. Manage and control all related recruitment budget spent on career fairs, advertisement and consultancy recruitment fees.
Manage recruitment agencies.
Strategize and manage the overall Practical Trainee Programs.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in recruiting for Marine Operations or Engineering or Oil & Gas industry


Executive, Benefits, Admin and Systems

Job Description
Plan and manage employee benefits administration (medical, leave, club membership, corporate credit card, gifts, mailing services, visa/work permit, car & maintenance), process improvements and adhering to compliance.
Manage performance of vendors and service providers towards  of services and conformance to the contract and service level agreements.
Plan and manage the day to day employee  administration, providing direction to the  administration and systems team. Assist employees with benefit issues; develops effective solutions and options
Approve and ensure timely accurate payment of all billing invoices related to benefits.
Analyze the flow of employee  data and develop internal procedures, guidance and training for staff to facilitate timely and accurate updates and efficiencies.
Manage vendor  includes frequent vendor meetings and management of performance standards and contract negotiation.
Manage HRIS, ensure system availability and efficiency, evaluating user needs and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs.
Oversee planning and implementation of HRIS system changes and designs system specifications works.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Information Systems or other relevant disciplines, with minimum four (4) years of related employee benefits administration and SAP/HR related systems experience.
Strong vendor management skills.
Ability to clearly articulate vision and expectations, translating to effective planning and priority setting.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organization skills.


Manager, Group Secretarial Services

Job description
The Job
Ensuring the Statutory Compliance for all companies within the Group in relation to rules and regulations of regulatory bodies i.e. Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Foreign Investment Committee, Securities Commission, Companies Commission of Malaysia and Labuan Offshore authorities.
Responsible for Corporate Exercises (Formation of New Companies, Transfer of Shares, Acquisition, Restructuring etc. Perform the duty of a Company Secretary for subsidiaries of MISC Berhad either locally or overseas i.e. (attend the Board Meetings, AGMs or EGMs), where appointed.
Plan and manage the Board of Directors meetings for MISC and its subsidiaries. Liaise with the relevant parties involve in preparing the board papers.
Ensure that MISC Group of Companies adheres to the requirements of good corporate governance. Provide advice to the directors and the management on Company Law, Secretarial Practices and other applicable guidelines, practice notes and etc.
Prepare the Board Paper and informing the Board of Directors of MISC Berhad on MISC shares movement at Bursa Malaysia.
Responsible for the legalization of statutory documents in meeting the requirements of overseas counterparts in facilitating their business activities.
Analyse corporate secretarial issues and problem affecting the Group by taking extensive research and keeping abreast with corporate secretarial developments.
Advice board members and management on the new development for compliance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrations (ICSA)
10 years of working experience in Corporate Secretarial/Legal.
Familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1965 and Listing Requirements provisions and their practical aspects.
Exposure in maritime and oil & gas industry would be an added advantage.


HR Business Partner

Job Description
Provide strategic advice and support to the BU/SU heads and line leaders in the design, development and delivery of integrated HR solutions and services (talent sourcing, talent development   talent engagement) to deliver/accomplish the BU/SU talent and business outcomes.
Facilitate the identification of development needs and interventions/ programs with BU/SU heads and line leaders (in collaboration with Talent Development [TO] section) to close gaps in Functional and Leadership competencies identified during assessment and/or yearly performance reviews for BU/SU staff
Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of appropriate training and development for ready talents in line with agreed Individual Development Plan (IDP) of the identified successors for corporate and business critical positions (in collaboration with Talent Development [TD] section
Facilitate and manage the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS) at the BU/SUs to ensure adherence with the PMS processes by the BU/SU Heads, line supervisors and staff in ensuring that performance planning (IPC setting),mid-year and year-end performance reviews and appraisals, divisional HRPC meetings are conducted in an objective and fair manner.
Co-facilitate with the Organization Development team in the development, review   or   realignment   of   the   appropriate organization structure for the BU/ SU to meet the business' strategic and operational objectives.

Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 8 ear(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
