Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Data Analyst is a vital member of the PII team, as this role is responsible for the production of pipeline inspection reports delivered to clients across the globe. Delivering high quality, accurate technical reports based on thorough analysis is the cornerstone of PII’s business and is integral in ensuring the safe operating of oil and gas pipelines around the world.
Essential Responsibilities:
    Essential ResponsibilitiesAlthough the skills required to be a fully certified Data Analyst in the Pipeline Inspection industryare developed over time, the ideal candidate is a persistent problem solver who enjoys dataintensive, analytical work. This individual must be process oriented, as adherence to industrystandards is required, and should also be deeply committed to quality and accuracy at a highlydetailed level.Additionally, those most successful in this career tend to be adept at managing workloads andresources, have a participative, team approach, and have the ability to communicate well withothers in their immediate work environment.Data Analysts are ultimately responsible for the organization and control of pipeline inspectiondata, comprehensive analysis of that data, and for facilitating the on-time delivery of the PipelineInspection report to clients. Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Control and Instrumentation Field Service Engineer will be in charge of site activities management including planning, assigning manpower resources and tools, providing technical assistance to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
    The Field Engineer 6 provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. Role Summary/Purpose:
    Perform disassembly and assembly of engines and modules in accordance with Company’s documentation and manufacturer's manuals.Maintenance and care of tools and equipment in the work area.
Essential Responsibilities:

    • Perform all of the operations necessary for the assembly/disassembly, test prep/de-prep and test support of gas turbine engines (LM6000 and LM2500), modules, components, and accessories in accordance with appropriate technical specifications and/or standard work practices
    • Report and record findings, physically tag all parts upon engine/module disassembly, and input Part Routing Tag (PRT) information into the Shop Floor Management system
    • Perform inspections of gas turbine engines and hardware for serviceability and verify work performed is in accordance with technical specifications, Service Bulletin and workscope compliance, routers, manuals or other quality verification criteria.
    • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation of turbine repairs and Service Bulletin compliance using current quality processes per the Quality Management System (QMS)
    • Troubleshoot in-process problems, malfunctions, or component failures within the limitations of relevant technical procedures
    • Use all types of precision measuring instruments and devices, hand and power tools, shop equipment and machinery as assigned
    • Perform detailed inspections on all turbines at incoming, pretest and final shipment to avoid defects and cost of quality
    • Complete necessary routers, forms and log sheets as assigned, neatly, accurately and legibly
    • Work required hours as requested to meet production and customer needs
    • Work with other technicians to ensure customer requirements and timelines are maintained
    • Drive safety requirements and compliance with current policies
    • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to promote safety and prevent FOD
    • Perform other related duties as requested
Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Minimum Diploma in Engineering Field (Mechanical) or equivalent
    • Must be able to read, write and communicate in the English language.
    • Computer skills – Microsoft Office; Excel, Power Point, Word, ect.
    • Minimum 3 years experience (Hands On) with gas turbines and equipment will be an advantage
    • Knowledge in Basic Gas Turbine Engine
    • Ability to understand and follow work scope instructions.
    • Basic knowledge and skills in the use of various hand tools including but not limited to torque wrenches, transducers, multipliers, dial indicators, micrometers, scales and other precision instrumentation.
    • Must be certified to operate overhead cranes and install crane-rigging systems, as well as, operate industrial forklifts. Qualifying candidates who are not certified will be required to attain certification.
    • Must have thorough knowledge of FOD/DOD prevention and control.
    • Must be able to read, evaluate, and respond to product specifications and drawings including GEK’s (manuals).

Lead Field Engineer

Role Summary/Purpose:
    The Controls TA is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting for the full range of hardware and software products in the GE O&G DS - Control Solutions portfolio. Primarily customers will be within the Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries within the Asia region and may be located both onshore and offshore.
Essential Responsibilities:

    - Install and commission Control Solutions hardware and software in a wide variety of machine types encountered in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation and other process industries
    - Troubleshoot existing Control Solutions hardware and software installations on-site.
    - Prepare field services jobs and interventions with the project managers
    - Attend pre-outages meetings with customers
    - Provide technical assistance to customers on site as needed
    - Provide training to customer employees as needed
    - Supervise mechanical and electrical sub-contractors, and instrumentation de-installation / reinstallation
    - Supervise cable laying, meggering and connection
    - Lead and execute loop check and commissioning phase performing the functional tests.
    - Lead and execute unit start-up and performance tests ensuring proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control system problem as they arise
    - Maintain accurate timesheets and acquire customer's signature on timesheets before leaving the job site
    - Write accurate and detailed reports after completion of each job
    - Maintain a working and operational knowledge of all Control Solutions hardware and software
    - Assess and monitor site safety during job execution
    - Conduct internal and external training
