 LIST OF JOB POSITION 

Manager, Sales and Marketing (to be based at Balakong)

1.0          KEY FUNCTION
·         To generate sales, to market and make well known of the organization towards the relevant industry, create & widen existing and new opportunities.
2.0          JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
3.0          QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
·         Minimum qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline
·         Minimum 6-7 years experience in Sales & Marketing.
4.0          SKILLS FACTOR
·         Successful previous experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
·         Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
·         Strong business sense and industry expertise
·         Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Sales and Marketing Engineer (to be based at Balakong)

1.0          KEY FUNCTION
·         To generate sales, to market and make well known of the organization towards the relevant industry, create & widen existing and new opportunities.
2.0          JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
3.0          QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
·         Minimum qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Discipline
·         Minimum 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Oil and Gas related industry
4.0          SKILLS FACTOR
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Willing to travel both locally and oversea

HR Executive (to be based at Balakong)

1.0          KEY FUNCTION
·            Responsible for all spectrum of Human Resource
2.0          JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Keeps informed of developments in related areas such as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices. Ensures that recruiting and hiring activities are in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Develops recruiting advertising. Conducts the new hire orientation program.
·         Undertake necessary recruitment administrative tasks; follow-up and ensure all documentation for new staff are complete
·         To administer Leave Management System, Key in Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Emergency Leave
·         To prepare overtime claims, checking and submit report to HQ.
·         To assist absentees reports are printed.
·         Responsible in submitting monthly recruitment reports to Headquarters.
·         To maintain a neat and efficient filing records of staff personnel.
·         Any other duties assigned by the Head, Group Human Resource.
3.0          QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
·                    Bachelor in Human Resource Management
·                    Minimum with 2-3 years of experience
4.0          SKILLS FACTOR
·         Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel), Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook.
·         Good communication in any level: Malay & English

Procurement Engineer (based at KL Trillion)

1.0          KEY FUNCTION
·         Organizing and executing Procurement activities for materials, services, contracts in order to provide
effective and efficient services to meet the needs of the company, for its ongoing EPC, construction
projects and to meet the departmental sourcing needs.
2.0          JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Create RFQ for the materials and services, for projects, departments, for project materials, consumables, fixed assets, equipments, services and sub contracts.
·         Techno ‐ commercial evaluation and preparation of comparative statements
·         Follow ‐ up on material delivery and documentation requirements,
·         Vendor sourcing / evaluation / registration
3.0          QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
·         Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
·         Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in oil and gas related
4.0          SKILLS FACTOR
·         Good negotiation skills.
·         Market knowledge in sourcing of materials and services
·         Written and oral Communication.
·         Team work.
·         IT skills in MS-office and in ERP procurement module and Purchase Requisitions

Account Executive (based at KL Trillion)

1.0          KEY FUNCTION
·         Responsible for accounting
2.0          JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Full-set Accounts
·         Budget/ Forecast
·         Treasury Operations
·         Cash flow and project funding
3.0          QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
·         Minimum qualification – Bachelor in Accountancy & Finance
·         At least 1-2 years experience or
·         Fresh graduate
4.0          SKILLS FACTOR
·         Knowledge in Accounting system
·         Good Communication skill : Malay and English – written and oral
·         Knowledge on Computer software
·         Good teamwork
