An international offshore company located in Singapore is seeking a Pipeline Installation Project Engineer on 6 months extendable contract. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in Jan 2017 and selected personnel will commence work from Feb 2017 onwards.

Position Summary
Report to Project Manager for preparation of pipeline installation analysis engineering documents, planning and executing any technical services to complete installation of the relevant project pipeline scopes.

Responsibilities
·         The Pipeline Installation Engineer is responsible for preparing the complete installation engineering documentation at the tender and/or project execution phases.
·         Responsible for carrying out installation analyses for rigid pipelines, risers, umbilicals, subsea structures, spool pieces and anchor pattern analysis.
·         Supervise execution of project drawings supporting the installation procedures.
·         Liaise with Project Engineers and Third Parties as required.
·         Follow-up projects offshore during execution.
·         Follow-up on project close-out reports to improve procedures

Requirements
·         A degree-qualified engineer with significant experience in offshore pipeline design and installation.
·         Extensive experience with analysis techniques and theories for offshore pipeline construction.
·         Knowledge of pipe installation software Orcaflex and OFFPIPE.
·         Knowledge of relevant offshore design codes (DNV, API, BS).
·         Knowledge of pipeline materials and welding techniques.
·         Excellent communication skills.
·         A good verbal and written knowledge of the English language in an engineering environment.
·         Flexibility and willingness to work as part of a team.
·         Willingness to work abroad and on board construction vessels.

An international offshore company located in Singapore is seeking a Offshore Structural Engineer on 6 months extendable contract. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in Jan 2017 and selected personnel will commence work from Feb 2017 onwards.

Position Summary
To perform the engineering analysis and reporting for structures, installation aids, transportation analysis related to offshore construction projects. Reports to the Senior Structural Engineer to ensure the timely and accurate submission of engineering report, drawings and other related documents.

Responsibilities
·         Performs analysis and design of offshore substructures, installation aids, sea fastenings, grillage design, transportation analysis related to offshore construction projects. 
·         Works with other Structural Engineers and Designers on the project structural team.
·         Interacts effectively with project engineers, drafters / designers, project management team, internal and external customer.
·         Maintains responsibility for the quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables including design criteria, specifications, reports, studies, and ensuring that structural design is accurately and completely represented on drawings.

Requirements
·         A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
·         At least 5 years Structural engineering experience in pipeline/platform offshore construction and transportation analysis related works
·         A sound understanding of offshore installation techniques.
·         Prior working experience in a multi-disciplined project/engineering environment under limited supervision is required
·         Demonstrated track record for successful completion (on time and on budget) of previous relevant projects is required.
·         Familiar with API RP2A and AISC and all relevant international codes.
·         Proficient in personal computer skills (MS Access / Excel / Word / Project)
·         Experience with SACS, Moses, Mathcad and other structural design packages/programs
·         Effective verbal, written and oral communications skills.
·         Good team player, responsible with good interpersonal skills.


An international offshore company located in Singapore is seeking a Offshore Construction Project Engineer on 12 months extendable contract. Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in Jan 2017 and selected personnel will commence work from Feb 2017 onwards.

Position Summary
Reporting to Senior Project Engineer, this position is focused in the construction and installation projects in the Asia Pacific region. Previous experience in the offshore/subsea industry is necessary, with the understanding of pipelines, platform and tie-in projects.

Responsibilities
·         Responsible for on-shore/off-shore projects.
·         Developing installation methodology for pipeline and platform installation, and preparing detailed Installation procedures.
·         Sourcing 3rd party vessels, equipment and subcontractors as required.
·         Ensure compliance with company quality, health, safety, security and environmental policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
·         Liaise with planning department to ensure all plans accurately reflect up to date project status.
·         Supervise pipelay and platforms operations and assist with field work.
·         Assist Installation/Project Manager for any other project related activities.
·         And, any other appropriate or additional duties which may be assigned from time to time. 

Requirements

An international commodities firm located in KL Malaysia is seeking a Legal Manager on permanent position. Applicant must have prior experience working with commodities trading firms.

Responsibilities:
·         Carry out regulatory work including license applications, renewals, establish and maintain a rapport with regulatory authorities and advise on all licensing issues. We have a preference for candidates from the commodity trading industries and who possess experience in regulatory and licensing matters. Exposure to the Malaysian Customs, relevant Malaysian ministries and/or other international (i.e. SEA, China region) regulatory authorities is an advantage.
·         You will be expected to handle a range of legal documents ranging from consultancy agreements, joint venture/shareholders' agreements, contracts and sub-contracts, tender documents and etc., you will have to be familiar with property development related contracts like sales and purchase agreements, lease & license agreements, and tenancy agreements. You have to support the Company in providing compliance advice and recommendations on regulations and policies affecting the Company. You have to facilitate/coordinate corporate exercises, vetting through Non-Disclosure Agreements and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). 
·         Responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on operational, corporate and commercial matters. Knowledge and exposure in mergers and acquisitions and due diligence exercises would give the candidate an advantage.
·         Exposure to international companies, commercial, regulatory and legal issues will be advantageous.
·         Manage and administer a database for contracts and other legal documents.
·         Manage dispute resolution on a local and international level.
·         Manage and liaise with internal and external legal counsels of the Company from time to time. 

Requirements:
·         Hold a Bachelor in Laws with Honours (LLB (Hons)) or equivalent with the CLP.
·         5-8 years post qualifying experience.
·         Being able to work under pressure and time constraint.
·         Flexibility to travel (domestically/abroad) on short notice when required. 
·         Able to work independently and with keen attention to details.
·         Proactive and able to give verbal and written opinions to management on key issues.
·         Sound commercial mind and creative in strategizing/reorganisation.
