E&I Engineer Production / Technical Closing date: 31 Dec 2016
Provides troubleshooting support and recommendations to operations on facilities instrument and electrical equipment in accordance with VPS policies.
Ensure smooth operation and equipment reliability especially Electrical &Instrumentation related matter.
Coordinate and solve technical issue related to Power Generation, DCS, ESD, custody metering system, VSAT, etc.
Coordinate with client on annual plan for validation campaign.
Review on equipment maintenance record, problem occurrence and shutdown trend related to Electrical & Instrumentation systems.


Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.
Fully fluent in both written and spoken English, able to make detailed and comprehensive reports.
Fimiliar with DCS, ESD, VSAT, etc.
Able to work with diverse groups of people ranging from technical staff, contractors and on site operational staff with an understanding of cross culture diversity

Maintenance Supervisor Production / Offshore Closing date: 31 Dec 2016

Safe and efficient operations in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
Leadership and direction of maintenance team.
Develop and promote the culture of \"Protecting Each Other\".
Maintenance scheduling and materials coordination.
Responsible for CMMS.
Inspection activities, event investigation and follow-up of recommendations.
Planning, Coordination and Communication of all maintenance activities.
Supervision of all project and construction activities including contract services.
Quality assurance and control for all platform activities relating to maintenance.
Integrity and availability of all equipment on the installation.
People development and competence assurance within this function.
Application of quality processes and continuous improvement tools.

Gathering of data in support of equipment condition monitoring.

Engineering qualifications at tertiary level/trade qualifications.
Minimum ten (10) years related experience in the oil / petrochemical industry.
Previous experience in a supervisory position.
Familiar with the development and application of CMMS.
Demonstrated skill in development of reliability-centered maintenance system.
Thorough understanding of rotating equipment, CIS, power generation and distribution.
Broad working knowledge of Mechanical, Instrumentation and Electrical trades.
Proven planning and cost management awareness.
Experience with personnel training and competence assurance.
Working knowledge of all Company policies and procedures as well as industry and regulatory codes relating to the function.
Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
Leadership and teamwork skills / behaviours.
Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.

Manager, Corporate Secretarial Corporate  Closing date: 31 Dec 2016

Responsible in carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions for the Company and its subsidiaries / related companies
To manage and administer General, Board and Committee Meetings including preparation of agenda and papers as well as drafting of minutes thereafter
Update and maintain all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents
To ensure compliance with the requirement set by Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities
To provide advisory services as and when necessary

ICSA or MAICSA qualification
In-depth knowledge of the provisions of the Companies Act 1965, the regulations and practices of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia
Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary, gained preferably from Public Listed companies or Company Secretarial firms supporting primarily Public Listed clients
A team player with good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and business writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Head of Legal & Corporate Secretarial Corporate  Closing date:31 Dec 2016

Responsible to provide leadership for all relevant legal and corporate secretarial matters for the company which include, but not limited to:-

Provides legal counsel and guidance to the management and other managers for the Company’s business undertakings on all relevant legal matters, which includes business contracts, applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Responsible to provide Company’s secretarial support for the group and to ensure compliance for all aspects of secretarial duties and functions with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Degree in Law, preferably with Company Secretarial License.
Senior managers with minimum 15 years working experience in handling legal matters and corporate secretarial relating to construction / building contracts, procurement and international bidding processes.
Preferably with knowledge of oil & gas industry and PETRONAS regulations.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and ability to communicate effectively at all levels up to Board of Directors.
Well verse and knowledgeable on laws covering international business, contract, company, labor, marine laws and arbitration proceeding.
Experience in company secretarial practice preferably with Public Listed Company with sound knowledge of the rules and regulation of Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, Corporate Governance requirements and familiar with companies acts.
Good knowledge in Companies Act 1965, Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance 2012, Capital Market Services Act 2007 and other regulatory requirements.
Must have hands-on experience in announcements, preparation for meetings, attending meetings physically and minutes writing.

Manager, Legal Corporate  Closing date:31 Dec 2016


Responsible to manage in-house legal matters of the respective divisions within the Group. Apart from the operational revenue driven legal services required to be provided, this position may also involve participation in the legal areas of capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate exercises.

Degree in Law from a reputable institution of higher learning
Admission to the Malaysian Bar
Post qualifying experience of at least ten (10) years, all of which may be gained from legal practice or as an in-house counsel
Experience in the energy, oil and gas, and offshore marine services industry would be of definite advantage
Good commercial orientation and strong analytical, delivery, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Detail-oriented and has the ability to both multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
