Manager, Corporate Secretarial

Responsibilities
Responsible in carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions for the Company and its subsidiaries / related companies
To manage and administer General, Board and Committee Meetings including preparation of agenda and papers as well as drafting of minutes thereafter
Update and maintain all relevant statutory records, books, forms and documents
To ensure compliance with the requirement set by Companies Commission of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission and all other relevant authorities
To provide advisory services as and when necessary

Requirements
ICSA or MAICSA qualification
In-depth knowledge of the provisions of the Companies Act 1965, the regulations and practices of the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia
Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary, gained preferably from Public Listed companies or Company Secretarial firms supporting primarily Public Listed clients
A team player with good interpersonal skills

Head of Legal & Corporate Secretarial

Responsibilities
Responsible to provide leadership for all relevant legal and corporate secretarial matters for the company which include, but not limited to:-

Provides legal counsel and guidance to the management and other managers for the Company’s business undertakings on all relevant legal matters, which includes business contracts, applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Responsible to provide Company’s secretarial support for the group and to ensure compliance for all aspects of secretarial duties and functions with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Degree in Law, preferably with Company Secretarial License.
Senior managers with minimum 15 years working experience in handling legal matters and corporate secretarial relating to construction / building contracts, procurement and international bidding processes.
Preferably with knowledge of oil & gas industry and PETRONAS regulations.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and ability to communicate effectively at all levels up to Board of Directors.
Well verse and knowledgeable on laws covering international business, contract, company, labor, marine laws and arbitration proceeding.
Experience in company secretarial practice preferably with Public Listed Company with sound knowledge of the rules and regulation of Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission, Corporate Governance requirements and familiar with companies acts.
Good knowledge in Companies Act 1965, Main Market Listing Requirements, Malaysia Code on Corporate Governance 2012, Capital Market Services Act 2007 and other regulatory requirements.
Must have hands-on experience in announcements, preparation for meetings, attending meetings physically and minutes writing.

Document Controller

Responsibilities
Maintain Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) database.
Assist to customize and rollout EDMS with the accordance the organization/contract requirement.
Assist to manage overall document control management/staff.
Assist to manage the day to day operations of a Document Control Center (DCC).
To adhere that all document control/central filing procedure manual has been applied by all departments and staffs.
To keep record and proper up-to-date list for documents received from client and subcontract.
Submit weekly report, monthly progress report and document listing up-date to clients at every period ending.
Doing classification and tagging of documents in the DCC based on the document coding.
Monitor and keep record / loan form of the movement of documents, drawing and files at the DCC.
To upkeep the database at all documents and other records kept in the DCC.

Requirements
Minimum Professional Certificate or Diploma in any related field.
Preferably with minimum two (2) or more years of experience in a document control position.
Demonstrated ability to communiate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Good command of MS Excel is a must and knowledge of CMMS will be a significant advantage.

Driver
The Requirement
Minimum SPM, secondary education or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years\' driving experience, valid class D driving license and possess a good driving record.
Must be fimiliar with routes in Klang Valley.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Cargo Operator

Responsibilities
Operation of Loading Computer and Stress Monitoring.
Ensure FPSO is in stable condition at all times having due regard to draft, trim and list.
Conduct Cargo Calculations and ensure required data documented.
Control of Cargo and Ballast Operations.
Distribution and Control of Inert Gas to Cargo and Ballast tanks.
Crude Oil Washing Operations.
Monitor and Control Shuttle Tanker Operators during Cargo transfers.
Operation of CCR telecommunications with Standby Vessels, Shuttle Tankers, Deck Operators, Crane Operators, Maintenance crews, and other relevant traffic.
During Operations, maintain communications and co-operation with PCR Operator.
It is the intent that Cargo and Process Operators become familiar with each other’s systems to improve the flexibility of the operation.
Carry out tank gauging and sampling as required.

Requirements
Able Seaman /Bridge Watch STCW 95 Endorsement.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil Tanker operations / FPSO operations.
Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to FPSO operations.
Proven planning and cost management awareness.
Demonstrated command and crisis management capability.
Maintenance planning skills (Marine).
Demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to environmental health and safety issues.
Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
Ability to understand and react with diverse offshore / onshore groups and operations.

Lead Cargo Operator

Responsibilities
Lead the Marine Department during shift operations.
Safe and efficient operations in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
To provide leadership to Cargo Operators.
Assist Cargo and ballast operations and Stability Condition, Draft and Trim.
Weather forecast management.
People development and competence assurance within this function.
Active role within the Emergency Response Organization.
Environmental monitoring, compliance and reporting.
Coordinate cargo documentation.
Inspection activities and follow-up of recommendations.
Event investigation and follow-up of recommendations. 

Requirements
Master Mariner Intermediate STCW 95 Endorsement.
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Oil Tanker operations / FPSO operations.
Liquid Cargo Handling.
General Tankerman Familiarization STCW 95.
Specialized Training For Oil Tankers STCW 95.
Demonstrable knowledge of regulatory and industry codes applicable to FPSO production operations.
Effective communication skills (written, oral and computer).
Proven planning and cost management awareness.
Experience with personnel training and competence assurance.
Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
Demonstrated command and crisis management capability.

General Plant Operator (GPO) Production / Offshore 15 Jan 2017

Responsibilities
Execution of equipment and material movement to, from and on the FPSO.
Assist team members in preparation and execution of maintenance activities.
Assist team members throughout Crude Oil Offloading Operations and Crude Oil Washing.
Participate in on deck Helicopter activities including fire protection, cargo and baggage handling, refueling and passenger transfers.
Responsible for deck activities including scraping, painting, cleaning, general housekeeping and keeping walkways and routes clear of hazards.
Responsible for Life Saving Appliance inspection and maintenance.
Participate in emergency response teams.
Operate lifting appliances as required.

Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years marine experience preferably in an offshore or related industry.
Marine cargo handling, certification in scaffolding and helideck operations experience is preferred.
Having Crane Operators\' Certificate will be an added advantage but not compulsory.
Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to environmental, health and safety issues.
Leadership and teamwork skills / behaviors which support a team based organization.
Effective communications skills (written, oral and computer).
