Responsibilities
  • Support the QHSES Manager and discipline engineers on QHSES matters on a project basis.
  • Monitor compliance with corporate and project QHSES requirements and locally applicable rules and regulations.
  • Liaise with client QHSES professionals on the implementation of project specific QHSES requirements.
  • Lead HAZID and risk assessments for both commercial and internal projects, and follow up on actions raised.
  • Review project environmental impact assessments and advise on their implementation.
  • Keep track of industry and regulatory developments, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the QHSES management systems.
  • Conduct internal and external audits as required by Company management system and project requirements.
  • Promote QHSES awareness internally.
  • Travel to onshore and offshore workplaces to conduct inspection, audit and incident investigations as required.
  • Liaise with external parties on matters concerning the QHSES management systems.

Requirements
  • Degree in Safety Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience on QHSES matters, preferably in the offshore/marine industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of maintaining and operating management systems to the guiding standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM and OHSAS 18001).
  • Familiarity with HAZID, HAZOP, FMEA and other risk assessment techniques.
  • Experience of conducting incident investigations.
  • Understanding of international HSE regulations applicable in the offshore/marine industry.
  • Experience working with safety behavioral programs and/or cultural change processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Fit for offshore work.
  • Willingness to travel


Responsibilities
  • Preparing the drilling division forecast, budget and business plan.
  • Analyzing the performance of the drilling operations by comparing the actual financial result with the approved budget.
  • Ensuring the monthly management report and other financial reports required submission to holding company in timely manner.
  • Liaising with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers and corporate shareholders on companies’ related issue.
  • Monitoring companies fixed assets register.

Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Accounting and/or Member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or equivalent such as ACCA, etc.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Drilling operations
  • Knowledge of accounting system or application
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
  • Strictly adhere to the principle of trust, integrity and confidentiality




Responsibilities
  • In overall charge of the Rig and responsible for its safe and efficient operation.
  • Ensure compliance with approved Annual Plans, goals and objectives.
  • Directs the training and emergency drills of all personnel aboard the Rig to ensure readiness for emergencies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures mobilization from one location to another are well planned and safely executed.
  • General knowledge of all operations being performed on the rig.

Requirements
  • Must have a current certificate of proficiency by an accredited well control school and current OIM licence.
  • Minimum at least ten (10) years\' experience with at least five (5) years of experience as Toolpusher or Barge Engineer on a comparable unit.
  • Must have under gone appropriate training and hold qualifications approved by the Home Country or Flag State Administration.
  • Valid IWCF Supervisor Level 4.


Responsibilities
  • Ensuring compliance with planned maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring adequate amount of spares to efficiently carry out planned maintenance.
  • Ensuring modifications to the planned maintenance system are accurate.
  • Ensuring defects are brought to the attention of the OIM and Barge Engineer.
  • Ensuring modifications to the planned maintenance system are relayed to the maintenance department onshore.
  • Ensuring all records, certificates and maintenance reports are accurately filed and recorded.

Requirements
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the offshore/marine environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering.
  • Adequate administration skills assisted by computer literacy.
  • Preferably a minimum of two years practical experience with a computer based planned maintenance system.
  • Ensuring compliance with planned maintenance schedules.
  • Ensuring adequate amount of spares to efficiently carry out planned maintenance.

The Job
  • The job would require assisting and in certain situations, leading and managing in-house legal matters of the respective divisions within the Group.
  • Apart from the operational revenue driven legal services required to be provided, this position may also involve participation in the legal areas of capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and corporate exercises. 

The Requirement
  • A recognised Degree in Law from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of post qualifying experience, all of which may be gained from legal practice or as an in-house counsel.
  • Familiarity with oil & gas industry would be advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Good commercial orientation and strong analytical, delivery, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
